The Tri-Valley CUSD #3 School Board and Administration continues to honor our commitment to transparency with the passage of the County Schools Facilities Tax (CSFT) by the community in McLean County in April 2025.
In 2026, the Tri-Valley Board of Education completed facilities review which included feedback from staff, parents, and community members. A Long-Range Facilities Plan was developed which is visible now on our website (linked below). At the conclusion of this process, the Board of Education determined to use funding from the CSFT to work towards achieving the goals outlined in the Long-Range Facilties Plan. While a large percentage of the funds will go towards bond payments for the projects in the plan, the district will continue to maintain its commitment o 1/3 (33%) of CSFT funds to go towards property tax abatement as well.
