Tri-Valley CUSD #3

The Board of Education of Tri-Valley CUSD #3 is requesting proposals for the services of a Construction Manager as Constructor.  The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to identify those firms most capable of delivering the professional preconstruction and construction management services required for the successful delivery of the various construction scopes in Tri-Valley CUSD #3  Through the RFQ process, the District intends to determine which firm should be awarded an AIA A133-2019 Edition – Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Construction Manager as Constructor with a Guaranteed Maximum Price as modified by Owner. 

Statements of Interest and Qualifications are due by 12:00 pm May 28, 2026 local time. 

A copy of the RFQ is available on the district website or via email to Dr. Ben Derges (bderges@tri-valley3.org)  All inquiries and questions regarding this project must be made via email to Dr. Ben Derges no later than 3:00pm 18 May, 2026. 

All potential respondents are prohibited from making any contact with District staff or the Board of Education with regard to this RFQ other than to the Superintendent of Schools as designated herein.  The Superintendent of Schools reserves the right to disqualify any respondent found to have contacted those listed above in any manner with regard to this RFQ. All Proposers are prohibited from making any contact with the District Personnel, Board of Education, or any other administrator or employee of the District with regard to the RFQ, other than in the manner to the person(s) designated herein.
