Tri-Valley CUSD #3

The Vikings are hosting an IHSA Round 2 Playoff game! We need everyone out at the game to support the Vikings as they take on the Wildcats of Wilmington on Saturday, Nov. 7th at 1pm! Gates open at 11:30am and IHSA Admission is $9 (cash only) for all spectators.

We are excited to announce that we will have a tailgate lot available as well and hope to see the Viking faithful pack that lot before the game! Spread the word and get a group together for a great playoff Saturday! See below for more tailgate info.

What's better than a Saturday afternoon, playoff football tailgate?? One that includes a Trunk or Treat!! We hope you'll join us for a tailgate and trunk or treat before we cheer our Vikings onto an IHSA Playoff victory! Please see below for more information!

Tailgate spots are first come first serve.
We ask that anyone tailgating please bring candy to hand to kids in costumes.
All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Introducing a brand-new Tri-Valley tradition: The Viking Shield!

A strong school is built by all of us choosing each day to lift each other up. To celebrate those choices, every quarter, one student and one staff member who show exceptional leadership, kindness, service, and excellence will sign their names directly onto the Viking Shield. Years from now, future Tri-Valley students will walk these hallways and see the signatures of the people who shaped the heart and legacy of our school.

State Champions (x2)! The Tri-Valley Middle School Cross Country teams are IESA State Champions! Boys and Girls both took first place in the 2A State meet. We also had six runners, Maelie (8th), Kamila (13th), Kinzley (17th), Evan (8th), Cohen (15th), and Beau (23rd), earn individual medals with their top 25 overall finishes. Congratulations to the team and coaches. The team will have an escort through town after a much-deserved stop for food (our best guess is around 4:30-5:00).

Boys and Girls Cross Country State Champion Team

Good luck to the Tri-Valley Middle School Cross Country teams at the IESA State Meet this morning. Come out to Maxwell Park (Parkside) to cheer on our runners. Girls run at 10:45. Boys run at 11:30.

For the first time ever, the Tri-Valley Cross Country team is hosting the Heart of Illinois Conference Meet! The meet will take place right here on campus on Saturday, 10/17! The first race begins at 9am! We can't wait to see you there!

STATE BOUND! Congratulations to MS Cross Country. The boys’ and girls’ teams both won their IESA Sectional and are advancing to state! Tri-Valley girls took the top three individual spots (1st - Kamila, 2nd - Maelie, and 3rd - Kinzley) and five of the top eight (7th - Evie and 8th - Zia). Tri-Valley boys took the top spot (1st - Evan), three of the top four (3rd - Cohen and 4th - Beau) and five of the top ten (8th - Cole and 10th - Ben). The team will race in the IESA State meet next Saturday at Parkside. The girls will race at 10:45am with the boys following at 11:30am.

Congratulations to the Vikings MS Baseball team on their 2nd Place IESA 2A state finish! The Vikings finished the season with a 16-4 record. Great season boys and coaches!

Tri-Valley Middle School baseball qualified for the final 4 at the IESA State baseball tournament with a 5-1 victory over Tuscola Friday morning. The Vikings now play at 10:00 am Saturday. With a win, they'll play at 4:30 pm for a state championship. If they lose they will play for 3rd place at 2:30 pm. Both games will be played in East Peoria at the East Side Center. GO VIKINGS!
